Bokeh Challenge: Wednesday

This glitter bokeh idea was one that I was eagerly looking forward to shooting this week. I am so glad that I have friends who are more than happy to be in front of my camera...makes my life A LOT easier :) Thanks for being my lovely subject today, JJ!

What a pretty gal, eh? :)
Above is a behind-the-scenes shot. Very quick and simple set-up -- she just blew on a small handful of gold glitter.
Until tomorrow!

Twin Sister

We had a random warm day (a whopping 64 degrees) in the middle of winter. I had to take advantage of the weather and shoot some portraits! Self-portraits are a nightmare for me, so I picked an even better subject -- my twin :) I did her hair, styled her clothes (she picked the dress though!) and made her makeup. Stephanie is the only person who dares (after much of my begging ;)) to stand in front of the camera when I'm behind it.

I braided an upside-down french braid on the back of her head, if you can't tell!

The bottom three silly photos are my favorite. My baby girl so cute.
Thanks Stephie!
